PUNK LITTLE - an illustrated bible for a children's animated series. TOBY, a high-strung little Rat Terrier, is happily "beta" buddy to his humans, but when they're out of sight he becomes uber "alpha." He becomes PUNK LITTLE! - the protector, defender and moderator of the local animal community. His turf is Queen Anne Hill, a congested residential neighborhood that encompasses Wolfe Creek Ravine, the last open space in the area. The two worlds constantly crowd each other, and PUNK LITTLE! manages the fallout. Perched on the pedestal of his heart is his consigliere, EDIE McPHEE, a pungent yet curiously exotic French bulldog in a wheelchair. Together, with the help of CREW, they "TCB" - take care of business. Each member of CREW was paw-selected by PUNK LITTLE!. They're a tactical force, a water-wise, sky-high, over hill and dale team that literally leaves no stone unturned. But, the clock is tick-tocking and everyone must get their work done before PUNK LITTLE! has to revert to TOBY. ROAD GRILL - culinary comedy, adventure lifestyle program.
